This lovely fella is ~AtomskRider15's OC, Alexei Arsentia.
First pic I've ever done that contains a lot of digital editing and etc.
Sketched person + zanpakutou in pencil [references from Rurouni Kenshin] and inked with proper manga nibs, Maru, Kaburo and G, but sometimes with a normal fineliner. Coloured with colour pencils and highlighted with cheap markers
